Chef K9's Doggy Bistro & Bakery was born out of a love for dogs, and our sincere desire to help them live long, healthy lives. We specialize in cooking breed-specific, gourmet meal plans for dogs. Our diets are freshly prepared, using only the finest farm-fresh ingredients. All of our diets are prepared by hand, by Chef K9 and our staff.
At Chef K9's, we never add any chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavorings/colors, by-products, salts, or meat meals. We are truly 100% natural, and every ingredient we use is suitable for human consumption. You could literally take a fork to our meals and eat them yourself!
Why cook for dogs?
Most commercial dog food is filled with low-quality protein sources, chemical preservatives, artificial flavors/colors, cheap (often rancid) fats and grains, and various fillers. Labels and advertisements are misleading, and the consumer has no way of solving the mystery of the ingredients used.
We believe that many of the ailments that plague our pets today may be caused by the inferior foods they eat. Obesity, food allergies, skin troubles, digestive issues, chronic eye and ear infections, and degenerative diseases may all be results of poor nutrition.
At Chef K9's Doggy Bistro, we enjoy cooking healthy dog food, and we are constantly rewarded with the results our diets produce, both from the dog and the owner.
How can I get my dog started?
Initially, please use our contact form to get started. For our starter clients, we perform an initial nutritional consult in order to create a menu for your dog. This can be done in person (we always love to meet your dog), or by simply answering a few questions by way of phone or our website. We will go over all your questions and concerns with you, as we feel an educated dog owner is the best dog owner.
